Diabetes is a very severe disease that happens to a large chunk of the world’s population. Many might argue that the disease can be taken down just by lowering sugar in one’s diet, but it needs a lot more thought than that! One has to take care of their overall health, workout regularly, eat good and healthy food, practise mindful eating, reduce smoking and drinking habits, and in short, treat their bodies like a temple!

Some forms of diabetes, such as type 2 diabetes, also occur genetically, which makes it even harder to prevent if it runs in your bloodline! This does not mean that there are concrete possibilities of you getting it! It just means you are more likely to get it and therefore should keep your health in check!

Preventing diabetes comes with a well thought out bodily plan, which primarily includes eating healthy and exercising! However, this plan not only works for every kind of diabetes but every disease that is harmful to your well-being!

Types of diabetes! -

Type 1 diabetes:

About 10% of all the people who have diabetes are suffering from type 1 diabetes! This kind of diabetes causes the sugar in your blood levels to rise on a very high level! The body is not able to produce insulin and hence, due to its absense, the blood glucose is out of control! The type 1 diabetic patient has to instil a daily dose of insulin to keep their blood sugar under control.

Type 2 diabetes:

Type 2 diabetes occurs when our bodies start opposing insulin! This again leads to high blood sugar levels, which become dangerous for the body. As a result, there are severe damages to the overall immune, circulatory and nervous systems.

Gestational diabetes:

Gestational diabetes happens to females when they are pregnant! It is a condition where the blood sugar level of a female’s body becomes high due to pregnancy! This doesn’t just occur to women who have diabetes from before or have a high risk of getting diabetes, but all women who get pregnant!

Prediabetes:

This is a condition where a person’s blood sugar level is very high, but not high enough to be diagnosed as a patient of type 2 diabetes! People who eat junk food, have unhealthy habits, and don’t exercise much are highly likely to be diagnosed with prediabetes!

All of these types have one thing in common! They are all caused and affected by daily unhealthy habits! The long term cure of every disease including diabetes is living a healthy life. Exercising and eating healthy is not something that people do just for looking good! It is like bathing, it should be daily practised on some level to live a long, healthy, and happy life!

To the people who are already suffering from any type of diabetes, maintaining a healthy lifestyle should regardless be practised, and as far as a definite cure is concerned, it doesn’t exist! Although, some methods have been proven to be beneficial. There is insulin, EDTA chelation therapy for diabetes, and many more medical supplements that can help a patient! A good doctor will provide you with the best oral chelation supplements! We can be thankful for these supplements as, before them, diabetes was considered a fatal disease!
